Tasty Menu Ideas for Your Party
by Gail Leino

You'll be a true baseball fan when you put together a MLB baseball party to welcome the new season to television. Whether you put this party together for a season's first game or the big match between your favorite team and their rivals your guests won't have to feel starved with your excellent buffet choices.

Fishers of Men

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal live. John 3:16 (NIV)

Most MLB baseball fans end up at a tailgate party from time to time. You'll do well with some classic tailgate items like grilled hot dogs and hamburgers, pull out your hot pot and place some mini sausages in there with a little bbq sauce. Buffalo wings can be a surefire hit at your MLB Baseball party. You'll have to get some potato skins make up and pop a few cheddar jalapeño poppers in the oven for the guests too.

For this MLB Baseball party favorite you'll need the following ingredients: 8 baking potatoes, 2 lbs. bacon, and 1 lb. cheddar cheese.

Pick out several medium sized potatoes. Wash them and scrub off the dirt. Place potatoes on a pan and pop into oven. Bake potatoes until done. Cut in half and clean out majority of potato with a spoon leaving skin and about 1/8 inch of potato intact. Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble the bacon; set aside. Fry potato skins in bacon grease until crisp. Turning them one to two times while frying. Drain potato skins on paper towels. Fill skins with cheese. Top with bacon. Place back into oven. Turn on and cook until cheese is melted and bubbly. No more than five to seven minutes.

These potato skins will be a perfect treat for your MLB Baseball party. You'll just need to make sure you have all the paper party goods you need to serve up these tasty party foods on. Have fun!
